Rules & Restrictions:

• Any Orders Placed on the Weekends / Public Holidays will be processed on the Next Working Day.
• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
• At this moment, we do not ship to DPO addresses, P.O. boxes, shipping companies or freight forwarders. Orders placed to these locations will be cancelled.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 7-8 business days before dispatch.
• Domestic & International orders: 10-12  business days after processing.
• Rush Orders: Prioritized and delivered faster, depending on the destination.

During peak seasons or public holidays, slight delays may occur. We will notify customers of any changes via SMS or email.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

• All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and FedEx for both domestic and international deliveries.
• Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the customer for real-time order tracking.
• Any delivery delays will be promptly communicated via email or SMS.

Address Changes & Delivery Responsibility

• Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout.
• If an address update is required before a tracking number is issued, contact us immediately at care@belmontwears.com
• If a tracking number has already been issued, additional postage fees may apply for address modifications.
• If a package is lost, misplaced, or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Belmont Wears is not responsible for reshipment costs.

Remote Areas & Import Duties

• Shipments to remote areas may incur an additional shipping fee.
• Import duties & taxes depend on the destination country’s regulations and are the customer’s responsibility.

Receiving Your Order

Customers are responsible for being available at the provided address for parcel receipt.

If unavailable, the customer must arrange for pickup or request redelivery from the courier service.

Rush Orders & Cancellations

Rush Orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled after placement.
